2. Orders and customer information

  • No account is needed to shop. When you place an order, you must provide accurate, current and complete contact and delivery information.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected.

3. Products, pricing and availability

  • Pricing: prices may change without notice. Prices are shown in your local currency for convenience; orders are charged in US dollars, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate. Shipping is free worldwide.
  • Accuracy of information: we make every effort to display product descriptions, colors and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free.
  • Availability: if an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.

4. Orders and payment methods

  • Order acceptance: completing checkout does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We may refuse or cancel any order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock limitations, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of logistics, carrier delays or customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
  • Entering an accurate address is the customer's responsibility. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address will require a new shipping fee to be re-sent.

  • Right of return: you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Defective items: if you receive a defective or damaged product, notify customer support within the warranty period with photo or video evidence.
  • Refunds: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
